Am I allowed to bring alcohol on my cruise?
Many people are clear about the airline beverage policy, but we get asked all the time concerning the beverage cruise policy. Many want to know, can I bring alcohol on my cruise or can I bring water and or sodas on my cruise? Most cruise lines allow passengers to bring one bottle of wine, a reasonable amount of soft drinks, and water on board. Some cruise lines offer additional packages that include bottles of wine that you can drink while on board. If you do not drink it all, you can carry it off the ship with you if you would like as well.
Most cruise lines do not allow you to bring other forms of alcohol on board, including, beer, whisky, wine coolers, etc. Some cruise lines have strict limits and others, not so much. However, it is always best to double check on their policies concerning bringing beverages on board. If you need assistance with this, let us know, we’ll find out, email us or contact us by phone at 706-452-1808. Some cruise lines may prohibit certain types of drinks or limit the number of liquids you can bring, especially for safety and security reasons. In general, it’s always a good idea to bring a reusable water bottle that you can refill on the ship to stay hydrated throughout your trip!
